Just when you thought our best-selling Basque Burnt Cheesecake couldn’t get better, we’re bringing something fresh to the table. Hailed as the King of Fruit, it seemed only natural to bring the flavours of the Mao Shan Wang Durian together with our specialty cheesecake.
Inspired by the team’s enjoyment of Durian and a hard day’s work in the kitchen baking, sparked a stroke of ingenuity. With bellies full of durian and cheesecake, the bakers brought the ideas together.
The Mao Shan Wang (MSW) Basque Burnt Cheesecake was born the very next day. With a flavourful blend of genuine Mao Shan Wang Durian Pulp and a smooth Vanilla cream cheese mixture, it brings the best of both worlds together. With an ultra creamy consistency and a lightly-charred top to balance out the sweetness, the cake is treat not to be missed.
